These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Mamibet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or uses the services provided at mamibet.buzz. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Mamibet and takes effect from the moment you create an account or, where no account is created, from the moment you first access and use the Platform in any capacity.

Mamibet provides an online gaming and sports betting service encompassing, but not limited to, live casino games, slot games, sports wagering, lottery-style games, and poker — all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and accessible to eligible users across Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other locations where access to this platform is not otherwise prohibited.

By clicking "Register", "I Agree", or by continuing to use Mamibet's services in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept every provision of this Agreement, including any supplementary policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account with Mamibet, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account usage:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Mamibet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21, and any account found to have been created by an underage individual will be immediately closed, with deposited funds returned subject to verification.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying your local legal position.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of a current employee of Mamibet or any of its associated service providers where a conflict of interest may arise.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either through Mamibet's own self-exclusion programme or any external programme to which Mamibet subscribes.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on Mamibet. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances in accordance with applicable anti-fraud policies.

Upon registration, Users are required to provide a valid email address, chosen username, and other information as requested during the registration process. This information must be accurate and kept current throughout the lifetime of the account.

KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal can be processed, Mamibet requires each User to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This involves submitting:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months);
• In certain circumstances, additional documents including source-of-funds evidence may be requested in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

Mamibet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

Users must maintain the security of their login credentials and are prohibited from sharing account access with any third party. Mamibet will treat all activity conducted through a User's account as the authorised actions of the registered account holder.

Mamibet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Visa/Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels including BTC and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (MYR 50) per transaction. Deposits are generally credited to a User's account in real time, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the User's banking institution.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is approved;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the account, or to an account held in the User's own name;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled;
• Mamibet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts;
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours;
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of payment provider operating hours may experience delays beyond Mamibet's direct control.

Mamibet does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though Users should be aware that their own banking institution or payment provider may impose fees for receiving funds.

Mamibet offers a range of promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and migration bonuses. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is presented to the User.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by Mamibet:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Users only, as specified in the offer details. Mamibet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion;
• Bonuses are credited to the account as Bonus Funds and are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable funds;
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. Current tier-specific wagering requirements include: 35x (288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus), 18x (188% Esports Bonus), 10x (100% Standard Bonus), and 10x (2% Crypto Deposit Bonus). These figures are subject to change and the current published terms at the time of bonus acceptance apply;
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable in their credited form and cannot be transferred to another account;
• Mamibet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, subject to honouring commitments already made to Users in respect of bonuses already credited;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, coordinated play with connected accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account termination;
• A minimum deposit of RM50 is required to activate most promotional offers unless otherwise stated;
• All promotions are intended for players aged 21 and above only.

All bets placed on Mamibet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a reference number has been issued by the Platform. Verbal agreements, partial entries, and unconfirmed pending bets do not constitute valid wagers;
• Mamibet reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the conditions of the market;
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, Mamibet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the User's account. Winnings generated from manifest errors will not be honoured;
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game types. These limits are subject to periodic review and Users will be notified of applicable limits within their account settings;
• Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC. In-play odds reflect real-time match conditions and Mamibet may suspend markets at any time during live events;
• Mamibet reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets from any User at its sole discretion, including for commercial risk management purposes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Mamibet and may result in account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Creating an account if you are under the age of 21, or knowingly assisting an underage person to access the Platform;
• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or using another person's identity details;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in ways not permitted by Mamibet;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes or exploit Platform mechanics;
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings generated from such exploitation may be voided;
• Conducting, facilitating, or concealing money laundering or any other financially illegal activity through the Platform;
• Abusing or harassing Mamibet staff, other Users, or third-party service providers;
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform beyond your authorised permissions, or attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform's technology or content.

Mamibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• A User is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• A User has provided false or misleading registration information;
• A User is found to be under the age of 21;
• A User's account is flagged by Mamibet's anti-money laundering or fraud detection systems;
• A User has requested voluntary self-exclusion through Mamibet's Responsible Gambling programme.

In cases where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, Mamibet reserves the right to confiscate outstanding balances, including real-money funds, in proportion to the severity of the breach and in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

Users may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting Mamibet's support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of uncleared bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mamibet shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, however caused;
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays in the Platform that are beyond Mamibet's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to secure their login credentials or device;
• Any decision made by a User based on information provided on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistical data, or promotional descriptions.

In all cases where Mamibet is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of Mamibet to any individual User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms operates to limit Mamibet's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

Mamibet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools available to all registered Users, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings and take effect promptly upon activation.

Age Restriction: Mamibet is available exclusively to persons aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at account registration and at the point of withdrawal through mandatory KYC documentation. Mamibet reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.

Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to voluntarily exclude themselves from Mamibet's services may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined cooling-off period or on a permanent basis. During any active self-exclusion period, Mamibet will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded individual from accessing their account.

Mamibet collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account on Mamibet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by Mamibet includes, but is not limited to, registration information, KYC documentation, transaction history, device and browser data, and communications with the support team. This data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.

Mamibet does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or contractual obligation.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact the support team to request account closure.

The date of the most recent review of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current terms governing their use of Mamibet.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Mamibet holds its operating licence. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence framework (Curacao jurisdiction).

Mamibet makes no representation that its services are appropriate for use or legally permitted in all jurisdictions from which the Platform may be accessible. Users accessing the Platform from Malaysia or any other jurisdiction do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

In the event of any dispute between a User and Mamibet, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where direct resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under Mamibet's operating licence framework.
